NannosTech is a brand operated by NANNOS LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how NANNOS LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you visit the NannosTech website, contact us, or communicate with us about our services.

This Policy covers the public Website and related business inquiries. It does not govern personal data that NANNOS processes for a client under a separate services agreement or data processing agreement.

HOW LONG WE KEEP PERSONAL DATA

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for legal, accounting, security, or claims-related needs. We use the following criteria:

• inquiries and correspondence are kept while the discussion is active and for a reasonable follow-up period;
• records connected with a client or partner relationship are kept for the relationship and later for the period required by law or needed for possible claims;
• security and technical logs are kept only as long as needed to operate and protect the Website or investigate an incident; and
• cookie and analytics data are kept for the periods shown in the Cookie Policy or consent panel.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR U.S. RESIDENTS

Depending on your state of residence, the nature of your relationship with NANNOS, and whether the relevant law applies to us, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your personal data, access it, correct it, delete it, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of processing for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling used for decisions with legal or comparable effects. You may also have the right to appeal our response and to receive equal service when exercising a privacy right.

For California residents, the categories we may collect correspond to identifiers, professional or employment-related information, internet or network activity, approximate location derived from an IP address, and communications. We obtain these categories from you, your device or browser, referrals, and service providers. We use and disclose them for the purposes and to the recipients described in this Policy. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the general Website contact form.

To submit a U.S. privacy request, use the contact details below and write 'U.S. Privacy Request' in the subject line. We may verify your identity and, where the law permits, accept a request from an authorized agent. Where applicable law requires us to recognize a browser-based opt-out preference signal, we will treat it as an opt-out request for the browser or device that sends it.

SECURITY

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, and disclosure. No website or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
